Job Description:
This is a year-round 30-40 hour per week position. We provide paid new hire training and paid training throughout the year. Technicians will be cleaning pools, maintaining proper water chemistry, checking pool equipment, and performing minor repairs. Opportunities to earn additional pay and company advancement are available.
Requirements: All Applicants MUST (no exceptions please)
- Valid AZ Driver license and clean driving record
- Clean criminal record and drug free
- A clean-cut, professional look and able to communicate with customers pleasantly
- Ability to start early and tolerate Arizona temperature extremes
- Be organized, have the ability to check email, able communicate with supervisor daily
- Be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Have a smartphone that can take pictures, text pictures, and access email
- Be willing to commute to Chandler
Compensation:
- Base pay, depending on experience $18-$25
- Tools and equipment Provided
- Paid training
- Additional pay for repair service
- Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement vehicle use ($.62/mile)
- 2 weeks paid vacation
- Health Insurance
- Personal Sick Time (PST)
